Closet ... in order!
La semana pasada me encargue de
ordenar el armario de dos clientes. Estando "manos a la obra" se me ocurrió que era un tema estupendo para un post, más en esta época en la que casi todas estamos en ello.
Last week, two customers asked me to put their wardrobe ready for fall. Being "hands-on" I thought it was a great theme for a post, especially in this moment in which almost all are in it.
Para las que pensáis que
armario y
orden son términos incompatibles, solo un argumento...Un armario en orden ahorra tiempo y dinero.Basta echar un vistazo para VER todo "el material" de que disponemos para montar nuestros estilismos sin "olvidarnos/extraviar" nada.
For those who think that closet and order are incompatible terms, only one argument ... A closet in order save time and money. Just a look is enough to SEE all the "stuff" we have to compose our outfits without "forgetting / misplacing" anything.
Existen muchas formas de organizar el armario. Yo os cuento la mía por si os puede ser de utilidad para acabar con el armario modelo Jungla, el más universal que existe a pesar de que no lo vende Ikea y el "no tengo que ponerme".
There are many ways to organize the closet. I'll tell you mine maybe you find it useful to break with the Jungle closet model, the most universal despite it is not sell by Ikea, and not exclaim any more "I have to wear."
Da igual el tamaño de tu armario, ya se que la mayoría soñamos con un vestidor, y la cantidad de prendas tengas...el objetivo es rentabilizar el mucho o poco dinero que nos hayamos gastado y no dar la razón a los amantes de las estadísticas, americanos imagino, que dicen que el 80% de las veces utilizamos el 20% de la ropa, es decir
¡vamos siempre igual!
No matter the size of your closet, we most dream with a dressing, and the amount of clothes you have ... the goal is to capitalize on the much or little money we have spent and don´t agree with statistics lovers, Americans imagine, they say that 80% of the time we use 20% of the clothes so...we always wear the same!
Antes de nada es fundamental acabar con el sentimentalismo y desterrar del armario, y de tu casa no sea que te arrepientas, lo que no te pones porque has adelgazado... ¡vaya suerte!, engordado... ¡dieta y ejercicio!, te lo regalaron y no te gusta o no es tu estilo... ¡piensa en tu cuñada! o es tan "vintage" que ni tu suegra se lo pondría.
First of all it is essential ending with sentimentality and banish from closet, and from home, what you don´t wear anymore because you've lost weight ...What luck!, Gained ...Diet and exercise!, someone gave you but you don't like it or is not your style ...Think of your sister in law! or is so"vintage" that neither your mother would wear it.
Una vez que en nuestro armario solo tenemos prendas de la presente temporada que nos gustan y nos sientan como un guante...¡al lio! pero lo dejo para mañana que hoy me he extendido demasiado.
Once we only have clothes we like and fit us wonderful for this season in the wardrobe .. let´s go! but it´s too much for a day so I continue tomorrow.
